By accessing or using greenlight.film (the "Platform"), operated by Greenlight Film B.V. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform provides AI-generated film and television development packages, a marketplace for optioning and purchasing script rights, script development tools, and related services. All content on the Platform is generated using artificial intelligence unless otherwise noted.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

Paid subscriptions (Reader, Professional, Producer) are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our pricing page. All fees are in US dollars and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions remain at their current rate until renewal.

Platform Content: All AI-generated project materials (screenplays, treatments, concept art bibles, etc.) are owned by Greenlight Film B.V. until rights are formally transferred through a completed purchase.

Purchased Content: Upon completing a purchase, the buyer receives an exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to develop, produce, and commercially exploit the purchased project materials. Specific terms are detailed in the purchase agreement.

User-Uploaded Content: When you upload a screenplay for development, you retain ownership of your original work. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process, analyze, and generate derivative development materials. The generated deliverables based on your screenplay are licensed to you exclusively.

Options grant exclusive interest in a project for 90 days from approval. Option fees are credited toward the full purchase price. A 15% platform commission applies to all purchases and auction sales.

All marketplace transactions are facilitated through Stripe. We do not store payment card details.

We record cryptographic hashes of certain events (project registration, option approvals, purchases, script uploads) on the Solana blockchain for provenance verification. These on-chain records are immutable and publicly verifiable. No cryptocurrency wallets or tokens are required from users.

All development packages are generated using AI models. While we strive for quality and originality, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content is free from similarities to existing works. Users are responsible for conducting their own clearance and legal review before production.

AI-generated content may contain errors, inconsistencies, or culturally sensitive material. We review output but cannot guarantee perfection.

You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or bulk-download content; (c) resell access to your account; (d) upload content that infringes third-party rights; (e) interfere with the Platform's operation or security.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Amsterdam.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
